An update for our customers outside of the London area


Here at we aim to provide a great service that everyone can afford. We continually look for ways to save money so we can pass on savings to you. Competition is stronger than ever and brexit is having an impact on consumer confidence nationwide.

Occasionally we need to make tough decisions to ensure that we protect our business and can continue to operate with a low cost base whilst providing a robust and reliable service.

We regret to announce that we are immediately suspending all non London locations. This means that we are unable to provide service to any location outside of the M25. All of our services will be operated by London based service providers.

If you have a booking confirmed outside of the M25 then please be assured that your booking will still take place as planned. You can manage your booking directly with your local service provider. Should you have any aftersales queries then you can contact your service provider or email us at Unfortunately we are unable to assist by telephone and service can only be provided via email. Our call handlers are unable to help with any booking from outside the M25.

By concentrating on our core market we can keep our costs low and provide the best service to our customers. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
