The industry has changed a lot in this time but we have continually worked to provide a great value service whilst maintaining very high standards throughout the years. Over the year we've seen many companies enter the market but we have constantly evolved to ensure we provide the best service to our customers.

What's changing?

Over the next few months we'll be implementing a few changes to improve our service. Already we have staff liaising with customers and fitters nationwide to quickly answer queries and confirm prices and bookings. In London we put you in direct contact with our team of fitters so your question is answered quickly. We will soon be improving our customer experience with the opening of a call centre to answer questions and make bookings and our website is improving and will include more up to date prices and bookings, as well as a whole new customer service centre to help when things go wrong.
