What guarantee do you offer?

Our fitters provide a 12 month guarantee on their workmanship and in the unlikely event of a workmanship issue, will provide a robust fix, replacement or refund. If you need to make any claim simply contact your fitter direct or email office@buildmyflatpacks.com. Read more about our flat pack assembly guarantee.

Where do you operate?

We have fitters based throughout the UK. It is likely we have a furniture assembly service provider nearby and we may be able to travel a little further for larger projects. Some locations may not be fully open following the pandemic. Find out more on our furniture assembly locations.

I have a complaint, who do I contact?

Complaints are exceptionally rare, however we will always aim to put things right as soon as possible. We recommend you contact your fitter direct who will be able to assist but don't forget you email email office@buildmyflatpacks.com or use our online chat.

How can I book?

Simply request a flat pack assembly quote online and complete the online form. We will then work with our local team to bring you the best price. If you're happy with the quote, simply email back or use our online chat and we will confirm availability for you.
