Please report any issue you had with a booking

It is unlikely, but just incase something goes wrong, please report it using the form below. This means a record is kept and can be referred to if any issue does arise. It also means that issues can be investigated and feedback shared with other fitters for example if you have assembled a new product and you spot an issue with it then use this form to share it.

You must report:

Damage to furniture

Injuries to you or a customer

Damage to property

Inaccurate quote requests

Remember, mistakes happen. By reporting an incident you will not be removed the database of fitters and there is no 'black list' and you won't face any sanctions at all. This is a way of sharing information to help each other and to provide a 'heads up' of a any issues that a customer may raise in a complaint.
