How do I amend or cancel my booking?

Please give us as much notice as possible

Please contact your assembler direct and give as much notice as possible. If you need to amend your booking then you should give as much notice as possible and bookings can be amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival of the fitter.

You must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your booking. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance will attract a 20% cancellation fee.

All of our fitters are self employed. Last minute disruption means they are left without any work for the day as it is too late to secure other work. We thank you for your understanding.
