Confirm your booking

Once we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed

Only when we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed. Until your booking is confirmed other customers may be offered your appointment, so we recommend you pay the deposit as soon as you can. Once we receive the deposit you are guaranteed the appointment.

Pay your deposit online

For your online safety and convenience, please pay the £10 desosit online. You can use most major credit or debit cards as well as PayPal.

Just so you know

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you cancel no later than 18:00 local time on the day before your booking. If you cancel later than this then you will be given credit for the amount should you wish to rebook.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

Unfortunately we have had instances of customers cancelling at very short notice and on occasions after our fitters have already arrived. Not only does this incur costs in wasted travel, it also means our fitters miss out on being paid that day as short notice cancellations mean they cannot secure other work for that day.

What if I cancel or amend my booking?

You can cancel the booking for a full refund up to 18:00 local time the day before we are due to arrive. If we are scheduled to make more than one visit to you then you must cancel no later than 18:00 on the day before our first visit. If you wish to rebook you can do so free of charge up to 28 days after the original booking day.
