As part of our commitment to providing you with great customer service, we will now publish our monthly performance for all to see. Being honest, open and transparent is what we are about. We believe that there's always a better way to do something and we are not afraid to be a little different.

Complaints,  on time performance and availability 
We will now be posting monthly statistics for you to see how we are doing. This is in addition to all customer feedback which is already available online. When things haven't gone to plan, we'll let you know why. 
 
Take a look
Our performance statistics are available from August 2014 onwards and will be done once a month for you to see. Take a look at our customer service performed statistics and you can see how our furniture assembly service is performing. You can see how many complaints we receive on a rolling per 1000 bookings basis, how many customers are offered their first choice of date/time and how many bookings are operated on time. Just so you know we define on-time as your fitter arriving within one hour of the agreed time.
