Receipt for Insurers (flood damage)

We are very sorry to hear that you may have suffered as a result of flooding. We realise that this is a very stressful time for you. If you are affected we will treat your booking as a priority for when you are back on your feet. A number of customers have asked about receipts for our furniture assembly service to claim on insurance. Whilst paying out is down to your insurer, we will be happy to provide you with a letter headed non amendable online receipt which should be acceptable for most insurers. 

Winter Service Summary

Our affordable flat pack assembly service is operating as normal. We offer flat pack furniture assembly at a time to suit your needs and although we are IKEA assembly experts we offer flat pack furniture assembly no matter where your furniture is from. We anticipate operating a full service and our furniture assembly service in London, Reading, Guildford and throughout the UK is operating as normal however please be advised that your fitter may not be running to schedule but our furniture assembly professionals will let you know in advance. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience if we are running late but we will do all we can to minimise the delay. 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your furniture assembly booking then please just let us know. Whether you pay on the day or pre par, all change fees have been waived for the foreseeable future. We recommend you contact your furniture assembly professional direct if you need to rebook or email us to amend your booking.
